Banana-oat-shake with cacao nibs

I always have a batch of homemade oat milk in my fridge.
It´s so easy to make, delicious and refreshing.

Here´s the recipe – in Icelandic, but I´ll translate it for you…

250 gr oats
1 Liter water
1 stick of cinnamon
A little honey

Oats, water and cinnamon in a glass jar – let it sit there for a few hours, then mix it in the blender, add a little honey and strain.
Keeps in the fridge for at least 3 days.

It´s good for breakfast or just whenever you feel like something quick, but can´t be bothered to make yourself anything! I often have a glass in the afternoon.

Today I mixed it up with a banana and some cacao nibs.
